Autoplay Problems

If the Autoplay Splash Screen does not appear, try performing the following steps:

  1. Double-click on the My Computer icon on your desktop, or right-click on the icon and choose the Open option.

  2. Select the Refresh option located in the View pull-down menu.

  3. Find the DVD-ROM drive where the game disk is inserted and double-click on its icon or right-click on the icon and choose the AutoPlay option.

  4. After launch screen appears, click on the Install button.

If the AutoPlay feature does not function, please check the following:

    Make sure the disc is clean and properly placed in the DVD-ROM drive.

For Windows(R) XP*
  1. Click the Start button > Run.

  2. Type in the field: gpedit.msc and click the OK button.

  3. Highlight System from: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System.

  4. Highlight Turn Off Autoplay.

  5. Right-click and select Properties.

  6. Click Enabled.

  7. In the 'Turn off Autoplay on' drop-down menu select 'DVD-ROM drives'.

  8. Click the Apply button and then OK. You can close down all opened windows.

Example for

Windows(R) 2000/XP*

For Windows Vista(R)*

  1. Click the Start button > Type “Autoplay” in the search field.

  2. Click “Autoplay” in the top of the window.

  3. Scroll down to “Software and Games”.

  4. In the drop down menu, select “Take no Action”.

  5. Click save at the bottom of the window.

  6. Close all open windows.
